False advertising from you At the top of your website you offered a 25% off todays order Code number US132791. During check out I entered that code but when I got my summary page I did not get the 25% discount. I will never order from you again. From reading some of the reviews on this site it seems like you are a hit and miss seller. I’m not the only unhappy customer. It seems that it’s doubtful that I’ll even receive this order. I’m a USA customer.

I ordered two bracelets & 4days later I received an email from Evri to say they had delivery of my parcel, then next day they sent my tracking details saying it would arrive at 2.30pm (Monday) but an hour later they messaged again to say there was a delay which would take 48hrs!!! After hearing no more I emailed Abbot Lyon to explain but they were already aware of the problem telling me that the packaging had been damaged but it would still be delivered within 48hrs but again after hearing no more I phoned Evris recorded line & was told to contact Abbot Lyon for either a replacement or a refund. I then contacted Abbot Lyon on their chat service who were very apologetic & said they would sent out a replacement to me which I was delighted with until anther message came through on the live chat saying this would be done in 48hrs once their investigation with Evri was finalised!!! I asked how many 48hrs did they require & in fairness it must be standard practice as the girl told me it would be sent out first class as soon as they could do so & I received an email last nite to say it had been picked out & was ready for despatch, then this morning I got another email at 09.02am saying that my order has been despatched so this has been a very good service from Abbot Lyon after no info whatsoever to help from Evri who make it almost impossible to contact them for info or help which makes it very frustrating as this entire situation has been caused by themselves & Abbot Lyon deserve very good feedback for the speed that they sent out a replacement order before they got the damaged one back from Evri…..although it is my guess that Evri delivered it to a wrong address instead of it being damaged in transit but as I said, Abbot Lyon definitely deserve credit for dealing with this problem so quickly, thank you.

I ordered a necklace for my girlfriend. I was assured by the company that it would arrive before Valentine’s Day and I have the proof to back it up. My order DID NOT arrive in the allotted time. Customer service refused to do anything to help me, stating that the statement on their website was an “error.” They purposely put this statement on their site to get as many orders as they could and unfortunately, I fell for their scam. I will not be ordering from this company ever again. I can not trust a company who falsely advertises their products and who makes false promises.

Ordered 4 rings, 4 necklaces with pendants and a bracelet. The pendants are lovely, the chains however are very cheap looking, unbelievably thin can barely even see one of them around the neck and just waiting to break by the look of them! I’d expect similar quality from a £4.99 kids bracelet or necklace from Claire’s! The adjustable rings are okay, nothing to write home about. I have 5 different birthstones across the pieces I ordered - nothing amethyst looking about February, it’s a muddy brown colour. August and December look the same. Can’t even see the colour to the stone in the Stacey doodle heart ring it’s so teeny tiny! Original got lost by Evri, customer service were very prompt in getting the order re-sent via DPD after a week had passed of order being missing so can’t complain about customer service. Still awaiting one ring that’s custom made. Overall a great concept but poorly executed and looks cheap. Doesn’t look like over £400 worth of jewellery in the slightest.

The product is well made and beautiful! Thank you~ HOWEVER, I am from the U.S and I ordered my personalized bag from the bespoke collection early November of 2023. It went through rounds of my package being lost in transit to it finally arriving in the beginning of February of 2024... It took a solid 3 Months to get here! I understand I ordered during the holidays, and there's only so much a company can do about shipment services losing packages because it does happen. Hopefully this hasn't happened to many people because this was my first order from this company.

Ordered 2 doodle heart rings, within a few weeks both tarnished, contacted C/S and they sent 2 more out straight away, within a few weeks the same thing happened again and now they have issued a refund on my request. Cannot fault their C/Service 10/10
