“I ordered the personalised clover necklace and it arrived weeks later with 7 clover leafs on instead of 8 . So the last initial of my name was missing Even though I had received emails saying my necklace had been perfected 100%checked and was on its way lol . Customer service has been shocking days between each email and as of now this issue is still not resolved .”

“I hate having to write a negative reviews but I feel I must say something, I have ordered from you before so ordered a bracket as a birthday gift, not until I had ordered did the delivery time say 14/15 days , I emailed to ask could I cancel or change the delivery address for it to go straight to the recipient, I got , I feel poor feed back and no help at all. It was delivered over 18 days later and you didn’t even inform me. The parcel was left on the gate post and it could have been stolen hadn’t my neighbour seen it and took it it. I try to use smaller companies when buying gifts as the customer services is always better. I feel incredibly let down . The necklace I bought last time I gets so many people asking were it is from and I tell them , the bracelet has discoloured a little I would have sent it back but feel you would think I’m just someone that complains a lot and I’m definitely not . I’ve really had to think about posting this .”
