“I was told that my photos for my personalised jewelry had not been pulled through correctly, hence my delivery has been delayed and remains outstanding. As such, I feel I have waited a significant amount of time and it hasn't been the most assuring experience. For such delay/complication, you would expect to be offered some sort of refund/discount”

“I am very sad to report that I am disappointed with my purchase. The quality is great, no problem there. I ordered a double initial necklace - H & J - and unfortunately you can't see the J at all, it looks like an H with a small dot on the bottom. Since it's a personalized item they won't accept a return, which I understand. But I can't imagine while making this piece that they didn't realize that not being able to see one of the letters on a double letter necklace would be of concern to the buyer. I would have much preferred someone reach out and show me what they anticipated it would look like and give me the option of another piece or a refund before it was made rather than spend so much money on something that isn't what I hoped it would be. It was a gift to my daughter who is a double namer, and sadly, it doesn't represent her name at all. When we reached out, they basically said "sorry, no refunds it's a personalized item." Which again, I understand. But I wish they would have taken customer service just a little more seriously and reached out when they realized the second letter was not going to be able to be seen. Just seems like a small step that could have gone a long way towards customer satisfaction.”
