“I’m in the process of requesting a refund. I ordered a fingerprint necklace on 09/11/2024 and failed to receive the fingerprint kit needed to complete the custom order, twice. The staff are lovely to deal with but now I keep getting emails enquiring about if I’m happy with the item I never actually got to receive. Which is extremely frustrating to say the least. On the run up to Christmas I’m down a present and out of pocket until my refund comes through.”
