“I have had great success in the past but this time I am extremely disappointed. I ordered 4 very special fingerprint necklaces after the death of my father. Ordered on 11/23 and havde still not received them nor have I gotten any answers. I have sent over 30 emails, chats, etc and have received some responses but all from different people and with either no information or wrong information as promising delivery that doesn't happen. I have requested to speak to someone but that is ignored. I am extremely frustratred and disappointed with this service.”

“Ordered a necklace for my wife with our children's initials on. The necklace looks lovely and wasn't expensive but for the 100+ paid for it if expect a bit better quality as just 2 weeks after her wearing it the ring that attached the initials to the chain came apart as it isn't very durable and I've had to just bend it but it will end up coming off again in no time as I was able to bend it with the slightest of pressure.”

“Avoid ! I bought my wife a bracelet with matching earrings, the bracelet quality was terrible causing it to be scratchy against my wife's wrist. The earrings were not good either nor supplied in a sealed package which is off putting considering the obvious hygiene concerns after the recent pandemic. Abbott Lyon accepted the return of the bracelet but not the earrings due to company policy but neither item had not been worn and not been supplied in sterile packaging. Poor quality and very poor repetitive customer service.A waste of time and money. Avoid!”

“I ordered a gift for my wife’s Christmas present and it was a gift with sentimental value associated to it. I ordered it well in time for the Christmas delivery and I was delighted on the 18th December abbot Lyon emailed me to inform me that it had been dispatched and a tracking link was also given. And now the story goes downhill delivery day came and went with no gift so I logged onto the Evri app to track my order and the tracking went as far as being picked and was out either the agent had it or the warehouse did. I therefore emailed to ask where the package was and they were flipping heads or tails because that’s there way of locating it! You can geuss the end of that saga and that was Evri customer service went the same way as the parcel! I contacted abbot Lyon to ask for the advise on what I should do now as Evri were still ignoring me. And abbot Lyon were and are being fantastic customer service as they in one afternoon tried to find the gift and there results were same as mine I then received a very apologetic email stating if I still wanted the gift they abbot Lyon would get straight on with making a new one and since then they have kept me informed of where the item is at. Now and the delivery date for the new gift ! Fantastic customer service and attitude with resolving and understanding the sentimental meaning of the gift and therefore giving it the proper and sensitivity care and solution.”

“At this point I have purchased several pieces for AL and I’m always pleased with the quality. My necklace and charm I’ve had for 3 years and I recently purchased a set of huggie hoop earrings. I love that I never have to take them off aside from cleanings. I can wear them in the shower or the ocean and they look like the they did the day I received them.”

“I was searching for the perfect place to create a custom jewelry piece for someone special, but my experience was incredibly frustrating. After months of waiting, I found out that the item was stuck at a postal office in another state. When I reached out for help, I was directed to an email response and told to pick up the item myself. The lack of concern and support was disheartening. I was then offered a replacement item, but it still hasn’t reached the recipient and is nowhere to be found. It’s extremely hard to get in touch with someone for real-time assistance, and finding the information I need on the website is equally challenging. I’m thoroughly disappointed with the entire experience and will not be shopping here again.”

“Item ordered in time for Christmas delivery, still waiting. Customer service is pathetic, I agree with other reviewer that responses are AI generated. Doubt the validity of all the reviews being so positive, maybe a few bot not these numbers. Still to see quality of goods ordered, not expecting much. If I could score less, it wouldn’t be above -10. Not recommended at all .”

“Delighted with jewellery something went wrong at checkout and ordered too many gift bags and paid £22 extra, advised next day order would need to be cancelled however not possible as engraving on one item and company policy NOT too refund bags. This is very disappointing not to be able to amend or refund for such an obvious mistake with bags, for an otherwise good service.”
