“Order not received, I'm still waiting for my order from Abbott Lyon from August 23 rd.. this was a present from my hubby for our anniversary today. I've had a email saying delivered but it's not to here, customer service is non existent as they just don't respond so I'll be contacting my credit card.”

“Diabolical customer service. Will ask you to verify yourself 20 times and then a new agent starts the conversation and the whole thing starts all over again, takes weeks to get anything sorted. As soon as you say anything remotely critical they ignore you. The WhatsApp hasn’t been responded to in over a month. Necklace is cheap feeling and bendy. Tarnished within a couple of months of wearing. First replacement did exactly the same thing so their guarantee of 2 years is all but useless. It’s a cheap jewellery company branded to look expensive and luxury which it just isn’t. Sent back an item for exchange 2 weeks ago and still battling to even get them to acknowledge that it’s arrived- which I can see from the tracking that it has.”
