“Received my two bracelets without the two bags I ordered as an additional extra. Still awaiting a response after submitting a help request 4 days ago (it says to allow up to two days for a reply!) therefore can’t gift them to my friends yet. Paid £10 for the bags which weren’t included in the order. Slightly disappointed as this is my first Abbott Lyon order but not impressed so far!”

“When my bangle arrived, one of the little stones had fallen out. I sent an email to customer service but have still heard nothing back (5 days later) so cannot comment on the response I will get, if any. Pretty disappointing to spend £70 on a bangle for it to arrive without one of the stones.”

“Not that impressed to be honest. I had a question for customer services and it was answered with a generic email response. Didn't answer my question which left me £10 out of pocket. Also they don't respond to Facebook despite advertising through them. Product was just ok but cost me more than it needed to. Wont be buying from them again and won't recommend to others. Overall not satisfied with product, cost or customer services.”
