“I hate having to write a negative reviews but I feel I must say something, I have ordered from you before so ordered a bracket as a birthday gift, not until I had ordered did the delivery time say 14/15 days , I emailed to ask could I cancel or change the delivery address for it to go straight to the recipient, I got , I feel poor feed back and no help at all. It was delivered over 18 days later and you didn’t even inform me. The parcel was left on the gate post and it could have been stolen hadn’t my neighbour seen it and took it it. I try to use smaller companies when buying gifts as the customer services is always better. I feel incredibly let down . The necklace I bought last time I gets so many people asking were it is from and I tell them , the bracelet has discoloured a little I would have sent it back but feel you would think I’m just someone that complains a lot and I’m definitely not . I’ve really had to think about posting this .”

“The pendant is nice but beware of engraving - I had some initials engraved however they don’t look like the correct letters! I have contacted customer services only to be told the letters are correct and it’s just the font. Also, customer services takes a long time to respond (3 days). I won’t be buying anything else after this experience I’m afraid.”

“The chain is incredibly long. The adjuster is also super long and I end up standing on it all the time. Unless it's tucked into a sock it's very uncomfortable and has cut my foot on more than one occasion from walking on it. Its impractical to wear most of the time.”
