Have bought 3 chains for.my girls .and I have had no problem with them first 2 over year half ago and still looks the same . Never had problem with delivery .and great correspondence with email and txt . Brilliant .price could be a bit lower but you get what you pay for . Really happy girls makes a really happy mum thanks

Initially was really pleased with the fast delivery and how nice my 2 rings looked. They are now only a few months old and have both tarnished. They also stain my hands when wearing so can only be worn for short periods of time. Never experienced this with any other jewellery. My sister has had the same issue. Not worth the money spent unfortunately.

I was very disappointed. First of all I was flooded by unnecessary emails giving me pre-recorded updates which had very little meaning and became rather annoying. I only need to know that you have received my order and when it is despatched, the only additional emails I needed would be if there was a problem. When my order arrived I did have a problem in that I had paid an extra £11 for personalisation on a gift bag which was received un-personalised as the required name was not printed on the bag. I contacted you and could not believe the rings I had to jump through to get you to send me another bag personalised as I had paid for. This was such a simple request and I was made to feel that I wasn't telling the truth about the personalisation not being on the bag. Eventually you agreed to send me the bag as I had ordered it. Also I do think that the £11 charge was far too much for a gift bag, which is usually provided free of charge from any other jewellery retailer, and which was not that special anyway. I am not expecting to place any further orders with your company.

Purchased a bracelet for my niece 18 months ago. Unfortunately the stoppers came off the ends and the bracelet broke. I sent a photo and explained situation. I received a reply within 12 hours and was offered a replacement or credit towards a different item. I opted for replacement as my niece loved the bracelet. I received the new bracelet within 10 days. Excellent customer service, kept updated at all times. First class service with first class products. Highly recommend.

Over £230 I spent on this jewellery they still haven’t fulfilled my order I have never had any problems with ordering online before untill this s¥*t show of a company please please think twice before ordering or spend that much more money and buy real gold. They use famous faces to promote their products and I bet they don’t have problems getting their orders. I feel so silly that I was taken in by the hype and insta lesson learned tho.

Bracelet flimsy chain. Returned on quality issue. Had to chase refund. Then they charge £2.49 for return label and don’t refund delivery either. Poor, won’t be ordering their overpriced, poor quality jewellery again.

I ordered a personalized bracelet just after my dad passed away suddenly so I would have a memory of him with me at all times. I cannot speak more highly of the customer service team and in particular Tom who went above and beyond for me. I ordered the wrong bracelet and they kindly took it back and made the one I wanted which I wasn’t expecting. Not only that I was so shocked to receive flowers from them after they knew why I was having the bracelet made that to me showed how much of caring company they are. 🥰 the bracelet itself is absolutely beautiful I love it so much ❤️ this is the third piece I have ordered and never been disappointed. Will definitely be buying again 🥰 also tried to upload a photo of the bracelet but didn’t work but it was the white quartz personalized bracelet and I had DAD and his birth stone ❤️

Terrible customer service! After numerous issues with shipping order finally said it was delivered but was actually not. I have been unable to get a response from anyone after numerous attempts. Do not buy from here, complain scam

Faultless customer service!!!!! I contacted them about a bracelet that I’d bought and they agreed to replace and then offer a full refund as it wasn’t quite what we expected! Highly recommend using this company!!

Poor service. Placed an order and sent an email 8 minutes after, and contacted the help team at 8.30am the morning after placing the order to say i’d made a mistake and needed to cancel, to be told i’ll need to accept the order and ‘try to return’. Basically once they have your money, thats it.

I bought 2 custom necklaces, upon arrival I noticed that one of the custom necklaces had the wrong charm. I immediately proceeded to call customer service and they were so helpful and friendly. Abbott instantly sent me another necklace with the accurate charm and I can't thank them enough..The necklace is beautiful, well done, the name plate is strong not dainty. Absolutely gorgeous... Thank you ABBOTT LYNN, I will definitely recommend to friends and Family.
