“I am still waiting to hear from Abbott Lyon. My first ever order and it was awful! Not only was my order in MY EIGHT LETTER name, I specifically wrote the EIGHT letters in your boxes and yet after your CHECKS I now have a SEVEN letter name so I cannot wear it!!! Absolutely gutted!! My name is ASHLEIGH NOT ASHLEIG!!”

“Only a 3/5 for me, although the jewellery is gorgeous and my niece loved her birthday gift. However i did ask for engraving of letter L on her love heart pendant which was not done. I triple checked my order before submitting as well wanted to make sure this was definitely on my order. The gift wrapping is gorgeous however i bought bracelet and necklace with pendant as a set but only the bracelet and pendant was gift wrapped and necklace came separately not gift wrapped, I expected all items to be gift wrapped together especially as a set. I would buy again however would not pay for gift wrapping if only one item would be gift wrapped, I would also be wary of getting something engraved”

“The customer service got this company is poor I have tried to get in touch with them by email it is very slow , I returned a bracket for exchange putting a note in the parcel I was exchanging the gold for silver as well as a larger size I also sent an email I have still received the wrong bracelet back this was for a present I cannot find a telephone number anywhere it would of been easier”

We really can't apologise enough that your order arrived later than expected, Laura, but we are really grateful for your patience and that you love your new item!

“Order took weeks and the free bracelet that was supposed to come with it hasn’t. I sent a WhatsApp about 4 days ago and haven’t heard back still. Not only that I find the pricing changes all the time on the site. The bracelet itself doesn’t seem the best quality for the price it’s a very bright yellow gold and the chain seems cheap.”

“Bought this for my son’s g/friend. Lovely bracelet and had the initial N engraved. Ordered the smaller size. Only slight issue I found the bracelet little difficult to adjust when wearing it as I wanted to try it but probably younger fingers would manage more easily - but lovely bracelet nevertheless and good quality. Kept informed at all stages about its arrival which was good as my son lives in Vietnam and it had to arrive before he returned, which it did. Quite quick delivery from ordering. Also got the gift bag as well which was a lovely touch and worth the extra money although the box the jewellery came in is also nice. Well packaged. This is second item I’ve ordered from AL and not been disappointed!”
