“The customer service at Abbott Lyon is why I am rating so highly. They were so helpful! The only jewellery I ever wear is Abbott Lyon! There was one fault with a necklace but the lovely customer care team sorted it straight out!”

“Decided to treat myself and ordered a lovely ring. It was great and fits lovely. I will order again from you. My only criticism is the delivery. It was dispatched and came within a few days but was left outside in full view of the street. It could easily be stolen. I think you need to look at adding a safe place option or change from Evri as they are well known for just putting things on steps and running.”

“Bought my sister the Stacey Solomon stories bracelet for her birthday. Unfortunately it broke shortly after. The customer service was excellent and responded very quickly to our problem. They deemed it was an error with the bracelet and gave us a voucher to replace it. That bracelet is no longer available but got something else that also works with the charms. Thank you for your quick responses to everything and care and detail with all the packaging.”

“The necklace I ordered was super cute and what I wanted, but the packaging was rubbish. I bought this as a gift and spent a lot of money, I would at least expect this to come with a jewellery box. It made the whole thing feel cheap.”

“I purchased the tennis necklace and bracelet (gold) lovely quality and I’m very happy. I’ve been wearing them for a couple of days and they survive showers and the gym. I wish the necklace was a little longer as I needed a necklace extender. I think this is due to the nature of tennis necklaces and not an issue with quality”

“Bought a bracelet for my mum for her birthday. Within a short time I noticed it had already tarnished. Wrote to customer service and sent pictures and was promptly given a credit note for the full value of the product before any discounts I’d gotten on my original purchase. Ordered a different t bangle which is lovely and hopefully will not tarnish.”
