“Ordered x2 initial bracelets with x2 December hanging birthday stone charms. I emailed Abbott Lyon on 23rd December and again on 2nd January after a late delivery to say the charms were no where to be seen. I am still waiting for a response. Initial bracelets are lovely but the charms represent the month of birth and add sentimental value to the present isn’t as good. Also meaning we are out of pocket with no response from Abbott Lyon.”

“I ordered two items for Christmas and it took 3 weeks to arrive as it was coming from China. The delegated persons did not receive their gifts until after Christmas. Very frustrated with your customer service because it was a chat AI. Will not purchase from your site again.”

“Disappointing! I paid extra to have it shipped to have for my wife for Christmas. When I noticed it hadn’t shipped I reached out and was told there was a processing error,but promised to have it sent out right away. It was sent out ,but did not come till after Christmas. The box was not taped and looked like it was opened. Everything was in it .I just never thought you would not tape a package that contains jewelry.”

“Ordered a necklace for my wife with our children's initials on. The necklace looks lovely and wasn't expensive but for the 100+ paid for it if expect a bit better quality as just 2 weeks after her wearing it the ring that attached the initials to the chain came apart as it isn't very durable and I've had to just bend it but it will end up coming off again in no time as I was able to bend it with the slightest of pressure.”

“I finally found my package a 100 metres away from my house thrown over a wall and soaking wet. You have to stop using Fastway, they are the worst. Disappointed with initial on necklace a bit small”

“A bit disappointed as one of my necklaces was delivered to my daughter in Maidenhead and I need it in Northumberland. Fortunately my son in law brought it up for me, but if he hadn’t, my granddaughter would not have had her present. I did contact you to check the necklaces were going to the correct address, as was assured they were !”

“Very disappointed that an offer which was put up by Stacey Solomon was not adhered to when I placed an order. When I queried this as I was meant to receive a free bracelet with my order and because I did not take a copy of her reel where the offer was placed - I could not get the bracelet.”
