“This has still not arrived after numerous emails sent. I will be giving it till the end of the week for this to be rectified and if nothing is done I will be making a formal complaint.”

“Customer service is shocking ordered a necklace which has come on the wrong chain. Its for my daughters 21st birthday. I've been trying to get this corrected and tried on various platforms for the last 2 weeks to contact them. THe only contact available was email no live chat has ever been up and when trying on other platforms it says contact via email! Talk about go around in circles Would not buy again as I can't seeing being resolved in time . Very disappointed”

Was sent a replacement ring but the incorrect ring was sent, tried to get hold of customer service though WhatsApp and live chat but no response whenever I tried.
