“I purchased a heart pendant necklace, mini birthstone bracelet, initial icon, starburst icon & moon icon as a gift for my niece's birthday. I was happy with the ordering process & she was very pleased with her gift. That's all that was needed!”

“I placed an order on the 21st July 2023 (Order No. AL1185327), apart from the order confirmation, I have had no updates since. The site states items will be shipped in 12-15 days, with regular updates sent. I have contacted customer service on WhatsApp & via email, both have failed to receive a response. The items were for a friend's birthday, which has now passed. I tried to leave this review on their own site, but rather conveniently there is a some sort of technical error on the page & it will not submit. Will be forced to contact the bank, should I not receive an update. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, AVOID!!”

“Terrible service. The bracelet I received was awful, on the front was what looked to have dried blood on it, I had to throw it away immediately. When I complained they tried to send me another bracelet, I had to argue a refund which I eventually got. I also tried to cancel another order I had placed and they refused too even though they knew I had bad experience. Won’t be shopping here again”

“I had to wait over two weeks for you to have claimed my parcel has been delivered, when it still hasn’t been delivered. I have tried emailing twice and using the customer whatsapp and still have heard nothing back.”

“Even though the bracelet is very pretty. I thought I was going to receive a bracelet with several charms (clovers). Unfortunately I received a bracelet with one single clover, yet paid the same price. It is still pretty but not what I thought was ordering.”
