“I bought a gold locket for my wife for our golden anniversary and I thought I ordered it in plenty of time. Unfortunately, I didn't notice that the website clearly states a lead time of up to 3 weeks, my fault. I contacted customer services and was told they would do their best to get the locket to me in time. It arrived on the day of our anniversary. Perfect timing! The quality of the item is very good and the photographs I provided were perfectly resized and mounted. I couldn't have asked for more. Thank you.”
