“I was delighted with your quick service and reasonably pleased with my purchase but as the bracelet was for a present I was very unhappy with the packaging. Luckily I ordered two bracelets, one for myself as a treat and one for my Grand daughter's birthday. I opened my own but the packaging burst as I was opening it. Luckily the other one was ok but I had to try it to be sure . The pull tab was not very well attached and when I tried to open it it came away in my hand. Also I had ordered two with different initials on them but there was no indication on the outside which was which. Therefore I had to open them to check before I sent the one for the present. A minor detail perhaps but I feel for the price the they were not good value. The free gift was a joke.”

“I have bought twice from Abbott and Lyon and both times my order has been delayed. Everytime both promised a certain delivery spot which was paid for extra. I ordered the 2nd time giving it another go for a Mother’s Day gift guaranteed delivery before the day and it still hasn’t been delivered. There seems to be issues with Evri both times. I had to go out and buy more Mother’s Day gift leaving me out of pocket and frustrated. The jewellery is gorgeous but the delivery is shocking so I can’t rely on them to order again”

“I was kept informed of each stage of the order process and although it took a while to be delivered, I knew exactly where it was in the production process, and understood the time period as both items were personalised. I took advantage of the 2for1 offer which was great - I’m not sure I would have paid full price for the items as they’re not sterling silver. The metal wasn’t as bright as my silver jewellery so looks dull when worn with my silver pieces. I ordered the locket but it is almost impossible to open! I ended up having to use tweezers to open it but I was really scared of scratching the metal. Not ideal as the photos inside are beautiful but I can’t really show anyone.”

“Ordered 4 rings, 4 necklaces with pendants and a bracelet. The pendants are lovely, the chains however are very cheap looking, unbelievably thin can barely even see one of them around the neck and just waiting to break by the look of them! I’d expect similar quality from a £4.99 kids bracelet or necklace from Claire’s! The adjustable rings are okay, nothing to write home about. I have 5 different birthstones across the pieces I ordered - nothing amethyst looking about February, it’s a muddy brown colour. August and December look the same. Can’t even see the colour to the stone in the Stacey doodle heart ring it’s so teeny tiny! Original got lost by Evri, customer service were very prompt in getting the order re-sent via DPD after a week had passed of order being missing so can’t complain about customer service. Still awaiting one ring that’s custom made. Overall a great concept but poorly executed and looks cheap. Doesn’t look like over £400 worth of jewellery in the slightest.”

“The product is well made and beautiful! Thank you~ HOWEVER, I am from the U.S and I ordered my personalized bag from the bespoke collection early November of 2023. It went through rounds of my package being lost in transit to it finally arriving in the beginning of February of 2024... It took a solid 3 Months to get here! I understand I ordered during the holidays, and there's only so much a company can do about shipment services losing packages because it does happen. Hopefully this hasn't happened to many people because this was my first order from this company.”

“I bought two anklets for my Christmas. If you have small ankles do not buy, the length is far too long & only one hoop to attach. The charms, easily fall off as they aren’t attached. Definitely wouldn’t buy this product”

“The quality of the jewellery is great but unfortunately the way my initials hang on the necklace, means that the necklace falls the wrong way, and HW looks like HM. The initials don't hang from the top, they hang from the side of the letter, so the M is heavier. Such a shame.”

“I hate having to write a negative reviews but I feel I must say something, I have ordered from you before so ordered a bracket as a birthday gift, not until I had ordered did the delivery time say 14/15 days , I emailed to ask could I cancel or change the delivery address for it to go straight to the recipient, I got , I feel poor feed back and no help at all. It was delivered over 18 days later and you didn’t even inform me. The parcel was left on the gate post and it could have been stolen hadn’t my neighbour seen it and took it it. I try to use smaller companies when buying gifts as the customer services is always better. I feel incredibly let down . The necklace I bought last time I gets so many people asking were it is from and I tell them , the bracelet has discoloured a little I would have sent it back but feel you would think I’m just someone that complains a lot and I’m definitely not . I’ve really had to think about posting this .”

“The graphic used never changed to one clover so I didn't quite realise I was paying for one. For the price it really should be double sided - when it turns it just looks like any bracelet which is a real shame but I think there's room for improvement as you can't control which side it moves to when it's on. Delivery is a long time and my parcel was lost - had to chase for quite a while but eventually was arranged a replacement.”
