“Initially was really pleased with the fast delivery and how nice my 2 rings looked. They are now only a few months old and have both tarnished. They also stain my hands when wearing so can only be worn for short periods of time. Never experienced this with any other jewellery. My sister has had the same issue. Not worth the money spent unfortunately.”

“I was very disappointed. First of all I was flooded by unnecessary emails giving me pre-recorded updates which had very little meaning and became rather annoying. I only need to know that you have received my order and when it is despatched, the only additional emails I needed would be if there was a problem. When my order arrived I did have a problem in that I had paid an extra £11 for personalisation on a gift bag which was received un-personalised as the required name was not printed on the bag. I contacted you and could not believe the rings I had to jump through to get you to send me another bag personalised as I had paid for. This was such a simple request and I was made to feel that I wasn't telling the truth about the personalisation not being on the bag. Eventually you agreed to send me the bag as I had ordered it. Also I do think that the £11 charge was far too much for a gift bag, which is usually provided free of charge from any other jewellery retailer, and which was not that special anyway. I am not expecting to place any further orders with your company.”

“Bracelet flimsy chain. Returned on quality issue. Had to chase refund. Then they charge £2.49 for return label and don’t refund delivery either. Poor, won’t be ordering their overpriced, poor quality jewellery again.”

“Really disappointed with this piece. I ordered a bracelet with my initial on. It has arrived and the pearlescent backing is scratched and not set in the frame straight. It’s really disappointing as it makes it look cheap. The clasp is also very stiff and I struggle to loosen and tighten it without feeling like I’m going to snap the bracelet”

“I got a letter C and despite the fact that it looks lovely the C continuously catches on the necklace and doesn’t sit how it should and instead it looks like a knot at the end of the necklace every 5 mins. I was really disappointed with this as it does not sit how it should”

“My husband ordered me Custom Name Tennis Bracelet (Silver) - S/M and honestly i am so disappointed in how bad the quality is on that bracelet. it's like kids jewellery it is clasps which are like the stretchy bracelets you'd get as a kid and i'm so scared to wear it as it catches constantly the letters are nice only reason it got an extra star. the chain and stones are just awful. also he paid £10!!!! each for the birth stone hearts they are to small and just glued in plastic! not even an actual stone! i almost cried when i opened it as i got the bangle and it is amazing soild and great quality and then spend £100 more for tat!”

“Husband purchased necklace with my name which happens to have 6 letters. Loved the look on Gemma Owen and Stacey Solomon hence why I chose this one. However once necklace on letters go upside down, never the same way so your name isn't readable!!. Have been told by Abbot Lyon that's how it is!!! Not happy at all.”

“Ordered a name necklace, the letters defo look bigger on the pictures and on the advert on tv, ordered a longer chain but it’s come on a smaller length chain but looking at the reviews I won’t bother complying caus they ignore you, sorry won’t use them again. Just glad I didn’t pay ful price as I got Black Friday discount”

“Don't get me wrong the quality of the items was lovely, but first time my extra item and custom gift box was missing. Then after finally getting the missing items sent out, the gift box was shoddy and not put together properly. Just not what you want when buying a gift and spending that kind of money. Definitely won't be buying from here again”

“I accidentally ordered the wrong birthstone on a personalised necklace. I have asked for a replacement birthstone to fix it to be told there is no repair service and they wont send out the part. Meaning i have a peraonalised necklace thats no use and a waste of money. My fault for the mistake but the company could be more helpful as accidents happen”
