“I received the wrong item. Glad i opened it to check before I wrapped it as a christmas present. I then got the wrong information from customer service. Shipping took longer than expected so will not be resolved in time for christmas. Even though it's not my fault I was sent the wrong thing”

“Ordered a personalised necklace that was engraved with my children's names. The engraving cut off the first and last letter of the engraving. They sent it to me regardless. I was really upset when it got here. I emailed them Thursday evening to say I wanted a refund to return the faulty product. They emailed me back Friday to offer me a £47 gift card to spend in store. I declined this and asked to return the products for a refund as they were faulty. They sent me a return label for the 2 chains I had and said I couldn't return the personalised piece. When I asked to clarify if they will give me a full refund they haven't got back to me and it's been 2 days. Currently at Monday evening and still no resolution. So product was faulty and still sent out customer service has been really poorly. Chasing them as we speak.”
