“Extremely disappointing, I purchased three of the "love bangles" The first two opened were faulty didn't manage to open the third, sadly this was a birthday gift for a family member. Will sadly not be recommending. Still no word on how to return them...............”

“NOTHING is hassle free about this company. I order TWO bangles two weeks ago. Only ONE bangle arrived. They were for a birthday gift that has come and gone and I am STILL trying to either obtain a refund on the second bangle or indeed another bangle!!! THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I AM CURRENTLY OUT OF POCKET BY £60!!”

“Lovely personalised bracelet, very well made, only down side is it's a little large even on the very last hole. Leaves alot of chain hanging which could easily get caught or trapped. Maybe there should be a sizing option for S/M and M/L. Kept upto date at every step of production to dispatch. Excellent company to deal with will be purchasing more items in the future.”
