“Ordered a bracelet for my friends birthday personalised with her initial, unfortunately the bracelet arrived with no initial engraved. Very disappointed with the customer service of Abbott Lyon as I’ve emailed to let them know & no I’ve had no response!! Feeling very let down by a well known company that the likes of Stacey Solomon endorses.”

“I am disgusted with your appalling customer service. I would NEVER use your company again! I sent a bracelet back to exchange it for another size. The actual exchange took ages to arrive and then the box was empty!! I have e-mailed you repeatedly about this but have yet to receive a reply. This service is unacceptable and I am STILL waiting for someone to sort out my problem”

“Necklace looked nice for about a week and now the chain looks really dull and cheap. Disappointed, looks really dull and chsin turning a grey colour. Also the letters don't sit properly on the chain flip upside down constantly. I'm always fixing it.”

“I ordered a Fidget Ring with January's gemstone which is garnet. This should be a deep red colour but the ring came with a bright orange gemtone. I contacted Abbot Lyon who said the ring could not be returned because it was personalised. However I have not asked for a refund, I have asked for a ring with the correct gemstone to be sent to me. I would not recommend.”

“I have now been waiting over a week on an expensive jewellery order and heard very little about when to expect or what to do about this. Disappointing that all Abbott Lyon have said is that they’ve contacted the courier and will be in touch on one reply email. I have been admiring this jewellery for a while and eventually ordered using birthday money I received as a gift. Beginning to wish I hadn’t bothered.”

“Bought this as a gift for a size 12 lady but this does not fit & won’t even fit my 14 year old daughter. Customer service was very slow to respond. I understand the bracelet was engraved with an initial so exchange not permitted but the sizing seems ridiculous & I was offered no resolution at all, not even a discount to purchase a new one as I now need a gift that will fit my friend. I would not recommend, very poor & disappointing!”

“I would actually give no star's if I could....... I would love to see where you get your stats from 4.4/5 for customer service, accurate or undamaged products 96%, what can I say, !!!!! this is the worst customer service I have ever dealt with, radio silence on my order which was received and completely incorrect, I have tried numerous ways of contacting them and no one has had the decency to communicate back, its appalling, they only seem to respond to positive feedback, that kind of shows what kind of company you are dealing with, the only saving grace for me is that I paid via Pay Pal and I have raised a dispute !!! I have been asked in the review: How long did it take for the company to come back to you - Answer - still waiting 3 week later !! How have you tried to contact them Email, Live chat, Telephone ( goes to a thing called hub) and what's apped”
