“So ordered a necklace and a bracelet and only the necklace got delivered so was a bit annoyed as it was for a birthday present. However when I contacted customer support they did help and sent out another bracelet. But the couriers (EVERI) said they couldn’t deliver as it was damaged so I had to contact customer support who again was very helpful and have sent out another bracelet. This time however the bracelet wouldn’t be here on time as was meant to be here before today. But after asking customer support if they could get it here ASAP they said it should be here by tomorrow. Again great customer service. However none of this would have happened if the bracelet was delivered with the first order, so with that I’m disappointed.”

“I've shopped at Abbott Lyon for around a year now & I loveeee every product I've recieved. You can tell time and effort is really put into the products. I've ordered 4 times in the last 2 weeks. My 10 year old daughter is now obsessed with Abbot Lyon too. I wear my necklace every single day, in the shower and to bed and it still looks brand new. Highly recommend for beautiful gifts to your loved ones or even yourself. I will definitely be purchasing more.”
