“Excellent customer service as I didn't receive my original necklace but you promptly sent our a replacement really quickly. I ordered two gold hearts with chain had the hearts engraved but I am disappointed with the quality of the engraving it's very faint not like the pictures you show on your advertisements.”

“The jewellery comes packaged really well to help not only protect the items but they’re presented really well too. I have now ordered 4 different pieces of jewellery in the past 2 months and I’m in love with every single one. The delivery has been so quick each time I have ordered which is great because I hate waiting for parcels once I’ve ordered them. The quality is just amazing especially for the price you pay. A lot of custom jewellery I’ve found can be quite over priced for what you get but I love every piece I have from Abbott Lyon”

The exchanges between us resulted in both rings being replaced via a very fair credit note. The replacement rings are perfect. The whole experience was stress free and fair.
