Due to the Royal Mail strikes which have taken place on various occasions over the last 2 weeks, we are experiencing a delay in the delivery of our orders - this is also affecting the updating of tracking. The standard delivery time frame has been extended to 4-7 working days but we are sure it’s on the way! We’re so sorry for the delay & can’t thank you enough for your patience. We're now beginning to see updates to tracking, so please do continue to monitor the shipment of your order - we would recommend using the Royal Mail app. If you still haven’t received your order 7 working days from the date of dispatch (this excludes weekends, 24/25/30th November & 1st December), please get in touch with us via email on help@abbottlyonsupport.com & we’ll be here to assist you. I apologise for any upset caused as a result of receiving an invite to leave us a review - this is unfortunately an automated email which is sent within the standard time frame of which we would expect the order to arrive in usual circumstances.

I dont like it..the chain part interconnecting the letters is wonky The metal is very dull. Still havent received my extender.

It’s been 4 weeks since I ordered ,still no bracelet - I understand it’s been personalised so this can take up to 14 days - but not 4 weeks . I’m now delayed on giving this gift to a friend . Really disappointed .

I would love to tell you my opinion and what I think. But seems as I havnt received the item I've paid good money for and to get delivered I might aswell have picked it up myself

I still haven’t recieved my order yet despite ordering a month ago. Before purchasing it should tell you how long rather than an email a few days after ordering.

It is hard for me to review my purchase as I am still waiting for it to arrive. To be fair I think the delay is due to the Royal Mail strike. I have chased with Abbott Lyon Today but told to wait until 9th December. Not sure where my order is laying around but have to hope it arrives soon and not damaged.
