“Absolutely stunning colour, couldn’t be happier. If you have a large wrist you may need to think carefully as a small strap. Very pleased with my purchase.”

“I wouldn’t order from this company again ordered the birthstone necklace and bracelet both said In the item description that they came with extender.. The necklace does have a extender but the bracelet doesn’t it only has one loop attachment which means the bracelet is way too big so much so I can’t wear it. I’ve emailed customer service tried all sorts of contact methods to speak with the customer care them I’ve been waiting 4 days and nobody has contacted me from the A&B team. It’s such a shame because I was actually debating on buying more items but the way I’ve been treated by the aftercare team I wouldn’t order again. A&B should provide customers with a returns address customers shouldn’t have to beg for one A&B putting it down to a bump in sales their Slow response, A&B will lose a lot of customers it has definitely put me off and I’ve give up on getting a refund or a returns address.”

“Hi, I ordered an extender chain 9 days ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Viewing my tracking I have seen it has been delivered to a completely different address 100s of miles from me. Very very disappointed. This was my first time buying from AL.”

“I ordered my necklace with a charm which it didn’t arrive with. My necklace should read Harrison and it looks like it reads harrrson. It’s illegible. I contacted customer services about my missing item and the look of my order 4 days ago and still don’t have a reply.”

“Necklace was ordered June to be here for my daughters birthday 19th July. Loads of emails telling me how good progress was and necklace didn’t arrive. Now received replacement 3 weeks after her birthday and guess what, not a hint of a price reduction because of the awful experience. Shocking!!!!!”

“I bought this as a 30th birthday gift for a friend and it arrived with noticeable marks in the stitching. I have tried to contact customer services via WhatsApp and live chat with no response. I then recieved an email offering a 10% refund, but this is no good to me as it is a present and I cannot give her it with marks on. The bag was over £100 so I would expect a better response and solution.”
