“When I eventually received my bracelet it was faulty, their customer service is appalling and im still waiting a resolution.”

“Lovely personalised bracelet, very well made, only down side is it's a little large even on the very last hole. Leaves alot of chain hanging which could easily get caught or trapped. Maybe there should be a sizing option for S/M and M/L. Kept upto date at every step of production to dispatch. Excellent company to deal with will be purchasing more items in the future.”
