“I had already emailed Abbott Lyon to inform them that I was unhappy with the named necklace, they asked for a photo, but they have not responded ! They had said as it was a special order I was basically stuck with it as per their small print !”

“Disgusted with the customer service provider from your company. I order a necklace with initials on it and somehow missed one from my order which was placed at 8:30pm. I then contacted at 10pm when I noticed the mistake via email and your watsap service only to receive a response on the Tuesday to say it can’t be amended when ordered I then received a message on the Thursday saying my prefer had just been accepted and being worked on this is 5 days since the original order. Will never order again”

“The actual product looked lovely, however had to return as it was too big for my wrist. As a suggestion they should do some bracelets for XS/S wrist sizes. Genuinely disappointed that I had to return. Been a week and still awaiting the refund.”

“Absolutely awful took ages to Come sent the wrong items two things not right then ignored all my emails? Such bad customer service if you order from them they won’t get back in contact to refund you or amend anything so your left with the wrong items and no refund or money back..: awful”
