“Ordered a necklace and bracelet .. bracelet didnt arrive. No replies from customer service ! Absolutely disgusting to ignore customers but seems you ignore anyone and everyone !!”

“Unfortunately I have had to return my complete order. The anklet was advertised as going from 9-11” but this was not the case. I ordered an extender just incase I needed to make the anklet bigger but this was my error. The smallest I could get the anklet was 10.5” which was far too big - it was too low on my ankle. There was another link which should have been to make it smaller but it was on the side of the clasp? To me the anklet was faulty. I did love the initial charm and the birthstone charm but there was no point keeping these as the anklet was no good.”

“I love the bracelet but twice when wearing it the catch has opened on its own and now I am really concerned that I will lose it. Has anyone else had this happen or have I just got a loose catch. I love the bracelet though and want to wear it all the time.”

“Such a beautiful watch ! But I’ve had to send it back due to the size of the strap . I did take all the links out possib but it was still too large. And getting the links out is hard due to being double pinned. It does have an extremely large strap so if you have all wrists don’t waste your time. Gutted as it was a lovely watch”

“If I could leave no stars I would I ordered a 3 clover necklace and a bracelet. The clover necklace arrived, The bracelet did not (and still has not) For the price paid, the necklace is absolutely shocking quality, proper cheap tat. I've had fair nicer for a fraction of the price from Etsy! I requested return information and was told I could not return 'personalised'. I pointed out putting 3 plain clovers onto a necklace is not personalised but apparently it is classed as custom as I choose between 1 and 5 clovers!!! Had I known this con I would not have ordered! If it had my name on or similar I would totally understand - they can easily remove the clovers and re-sell! Now I am engaged in a conversation with a sarcastic customer 'service' person who is beyond unhelpful, sarcastic and really is in the wrong job avoiding questions as to where the rest of my order is but I am to 'have a nice day!' Absolutely shocking service. Avoid this Company at all costs!!!”

“Do not purchase from this company!! I purchased a gold plated heart bangle to find when it arrived the hearts had 7 crystal stones missing, A replacement was sent out again this time after only 2 days of use 5 crystal stones fell out and the bangle kept coming undone, I have been offered another one of there products but I do not want one so asked kindly for a refund and a return label so I can return this poor quality faulty bangle, Now atfer 6 emails no one is replying! So buyers please beware I will never buy from here again, they sell low quality items made to look good!”
