“So so pleased with my purchases for birthdays and Mother’s Day presents , love it so much I want to keep it for myself the actually quality of everything is high end . The price of the Jewellery is affordable and obviously you are given the choice to spread payments almost like your own Christmas club for us . The packaging is gift worthy straight out the box and the customer service was so helpful delivery time excellent. Thank you so much I’m looking to see my next purchase”

“Ordered x2 bracelets with an offer to find after checkout this had been removed and I only received 1 bracelet. Got in contact and they want me to send back the item, to then reorder and have this resent. Terrible customer service and wastage on postage/packaging!”

“Would rate the neck less 5/5 10/5 even it’s absolutely perfect. Customer service on the other hand a big fat 0! Ordered for a birthday present but it was not delivered in time and when explained to Abbott Lyon there was no apology and no compassion just a rude reply of it will get there when it gets there.”

“At no fault of Abbott Lyon, I had issues with the fingerprint kit for the fingerprint pendant necklace. This is because I was trying to do it with a 5 year old and 2 year old. I would recommend it is made clear that it can be difficult with young children. But the customer service was quick and able to deal with the issue very quickly. Initially sending out another fingerprint kit for me, and when this also failed they was quick to cancel the order for me and allow me to choose something else. This is my 2nd necklace with Abbott Lyon, my first being ordered over 2 years ago. It hasn't tarnished, even though I never take it off, even for showers, swimming etc. And I look forward to ordering another beautiful personalised piece.”
