The silver is not nice. Really wished I ordered gold. The silver actually looks cheap whereas the gold does not

Bracelet was very nice - service unfortunately wasn’t. I paid for next day delivery for Tuesday as it was a birthday present that I needed on the Saturday. It actually came on the Saturday too late for me to give the gift to my friend

We try to be as transparent as possible when advertising our pieces by including measurements in each product description. As your card has been customised for you, it is non-returnable - however, I do hope that we'll see you again in the future.

The ring come on time and packaged well, however, after a few days wear the 3 of the 6 stones have come out so would not buy again.

Ordered a personalised necklace and waited 2 weeks as expected for this to arrive. Unfortunately I was sent someone else’s order ( a bracelet) . I spoke to customer services who were very apologetic and offered to re order my necklace but I would then have to wait another 2 weeks. I politely declined as no guarantee that this wouldnt happen again. First time using Abbott Lyon so very disappointed

Dispatch was really quick and my orde arroved witihin a few days which was fabulous. The design of the necklace i ordered is lovely and the charms are really nice too however I have found that the rose gold finish is very dull and not a bright shiny rose gold like other jewellery I have which is a huge shame as it gives it a tarnished weathered appearance as though it's old and the shine has worn away. Doesn't appear the same as on the photos.

Had my eye on this bracelet for a few weeks as it’s beautiful, but was very sad that stones started falling off the first day I wore it, lovely bracelet though

I got one of these name bracelets from my daughter for a gift. The first one took a ridiculous length of time to come, when it arrived one of the links where the letters are attached had not been properly connected and it fell apart just getting it out of the box! My daughter was told she could get a replacement but it was too close to the date she wanted to give it to me, so she managed to join the link together successfully and chose an alternative. Only about 3 months later the bracelet has broken again at another link. At £70+ and not even real silver, this is really bad and I'm so disappointed. Would not buy again and would not recommend to friends and family without giving an honest opinion.

First item faulty, replacement incorrect, second replacement also incorrect. Apart from the excellent customer service via WhatsApp its been a joke.

Loved the look of it on line. Very pretty but does not hang properly- twists upside down. The G is not hung right.

I used Abbott Lyon for the first time in January. I bought two necklaces, braclet and gift bag on 9th January. I've only just received the gift bag!! As one of the necklaces was a gift I don't think it's very good service to be honest. I personally won't use them again unfortunately and wouldn't recommend.

The quality of the anklet is good and looks lovely. However the sizing is way off! I've used the toggle on the anklet to make it the smallest it can go but that still measures 10 inches instead of 9inches as stated on the website. Their customer service team are really quick to answer but have ignored my last email where I mentioned it's still measuring larger than on the website, on the smallest toggle. I'm really disappointed because this anklet was exactly what I was looking for and now I have to pay to send it back.

We ordered a gold heart necklace and when it came we did not like the quality and the heart was not even in the package. I attempted several times to contact returns and got no response whatsoever. I'm still attempting to contact returns every day and still have the necklace. I have not heard one word back from them. I'm being completely ignored..Not at all happy with this company
