“I was initially impressed with my order - clover bracelet, however after only maybe 2 weeks of wear the silver on the clover is coming off and is Turing to a bronze colour despite saying the jewellery doesn’t tarnish . I was going to buy some more pieces but I’m not going to reconsider .”

“I am still waiting for the order I placed which had had 5 clear working days to be processed & shipped yet is still showing as being assembled, I have emailed as there is no phone number to contact them direct & received a reply saying they'll respond within 5 days. this isn't good enough. had i ordered something no one had before id u derstand the delay. does one silver necklace with one pearl charm with the initial m really take that long? I ordered this for my daughters birthday which has been & gone & I STILL have no idea when to expect this.”

“For the price I thought that the products would come packaged better. There is an option to add personalised packaging but thought it would atleast come in a decent necklace/bracelet box. No one wants to give a gift in a cardboard sleeve that looks like it’s from Claire’s accessories. I think the products would look much better and higher quality if packaged nicely. Maybe I’m being fussy, but gifting a £100 necklace you better believe I want that in a nice box!! Also purchased an initial birthstone set, and it all comes separate - again for the price you don’t expect to have to make it look pretty before you gift it either!”

“I decided to take a look at the Abbott Lyon website after seeing a recent article in the press and am so glad I did, although I don't think my bank account will be quite so pleased! The whole collection is absolutely gorgeous and I am tempted by several pieces in particular - having already purchased two I know I will probably be buying quite a few more! The variety of designs is exceptional and the quality outstanding, just one of these beautiful pieces would be a wonderful addition to anyone's jewellery collection. I have also been very impressed with the level of communication, from frequent update emails to information about how my order is progressing and when to expect its arrival. Abbott Lyon has a new regular customer for sure!”

“It was a bracelet I'd bought as a special memory for my dog passing. The bracelet arrived unable to adjust the length of it so it was too big. The dangly bit (unnecessary) broke off immediately. The bracelet then fell off my wrist/broke without me realising so I lost it. I complained and never heard back.”

“I cannot comment on the item I bought as I am on week 4 of waiting for my delivery. It has been stuck at Evri hub since 8th august, so I was told it had been lost in transit and a new bracelet is going to take 2-3 weeks to be made/delivered. It’s a shame that a notoriously bad courier service has let them down as many parcels including mine will be presents for people.”
