“I ordered a bracelet and received a necklace , I have what's app and sent a message but heard nothing back , I also order the birthstone and that wasn't even on it !!”

“I have had my bracelet for less than a week and one of the letters have fallen off already! Very upset as it also took more than 2 weeks to arrive. I have messaged the what’s app contact to sort this out but I haven’t had a response. Considering how much you pay for these. Did not expect it to be faulty. Very unimpressed. Would not recommend”

“My order arrived tarnished and rusty looking. An item trat is Part of their luxe edition and cost over £170. I wanted to treat myself and absolutely regret ordering from them. No one is responding to my emails and attempts to contact them. It’s horrible, I feel scammed.”

“Ordered a bracelet Monday afternoon for my sister’s birthday on Friday. Paid £5 postage to guarantee delivery Wednesday to a hub to ensure it would be delivered as I wasn’t going to be home. Courier can’t find the delivery address, logged query with courier and retailer straight away. Not heard from either. No way of contacting retailer directly. Not happy as no present to give and no idea when I might get it. Hope it’s nice when it finally arrives!!”

“I was a bit worried as hadn't used them before and I was ordering a personalised item as a special birthday gift. I needn't have worried as the bracelet was good quality and the personalised gift bag was lovely. The only fault was my own as I didn't realise until I placed the order that it would be 12 to 15 days and It didn't arrive in time for the birthday”
