“Qinisile on live chat today was amazing. My bracelet broke and only had email address to go by and screenshots of my bracelet. Issued a replacement bracelet for me. Said delivery will take longer, which is fine. Understand that they make the bracelets by hand. Amazing, would recommend 😊”

“I got a letter C and despite the fact that it looks lovely the C continuously catches on the necklace and doesn’t sit how it should and instead it looks like a knot at the end of the necklace every 5 mins. I was really disappointed with this as it does not sit how it should”

“Was bought bracelet as gift, within few weeks snapped, contacted and was given replacement, but exact same thing happened again couple weeks later. Was given another replacement but only worn once as terrified happens again, went to put on yesterday and after lifting out jewl box and putting on snapped again in the most random place. Very poor quality considering it was £90”

“I’m thoroughly delighted with the jewellery I’ve received, thrilled actually as I had one of these bracelets years ago and it was lost. And encompassed in such a beautiful and splendidly well thought out package. Very impressive. I will certainly keep an eye out in future for any more treats. “I’ve ordered a couple times from Abbott Lyon and each piece of jewelry I’ve ordered has broken within a couple weeks if not a few days, I’m very disappointed about this and paid quite abit of money. Will definitely not be ordering from here again unless they sort the quality of the product out.”

“I ordered a necklace in December it was a gold plated chain with a heart. I received a teebar chain. Got in touch with Abbottlyon to explain I received the wrong necklace. They apologised and said they’d send me the necklace I had ordered. So they sent me out a replacement which was another teebar chain. I’m now sending them both back and will never order from them again. It’s been a total nightmare, I don’t even think the original necklace I ordered even exists. How can a reputable company get it wrong twice. Never again.”

“My husband ordered me Custom Name Tennis Bracelet (Silver) - S/M and honestly i am so disappointed in how bad the quality is on that bracelet. it's like kids jewellery it is clasps which are like the stretchy bracelets you'd get as a kid and i'm so scared to wear it as it catches constantly the letters are nice only reason it got an extra star. the chain and stones are just awful. also he paid £10!!!! each for the birth stone hearts they are to small and just glued in plastic! not even an actual stone! i almost cried when i opened it as i got the bangle and it is amazing soild and great quality and then spend £100 more for tat!”
