“Poor quality to begin with. Beware standard items available to pick on the website will not be refunded as they class these as bespoke items. I feel so misled. Item took over 15 days for delivery and was not even personalised. I would not use this company again. Avoid”

“Not happy at all. 👎🏻 not recommended I order 1 item of a Signature name necklace and 1 Mini Initial bracelet but I received (only 1 item It’s a Signature name necklace.)I contacted Abbott Lyon via email since my order arrived on Tuesday midday over 48 hrs. Now still have not heard from customer service The Abbott Lyon Team. - Super difficult to contact customer service and mostly no responses. - I contacted them before during waiting for parcel I tried via email and WhatsApp. but customer service doesn’t help anything. - It was an awful experience! the necklace nothing high end quality. - Waiting long time over than 15 days and super tired and bored to contact - And it’s terrible to have to deal with difficult customer service. I place an order for the occasion of My 30th birthday to remember the moment. and I really disappointed. I don’t recommend! and I definitely not gonna buy this brand again.”

“Would love to rate this purchase unfortunately the parcel has been sat at the parcel shop for the last 2 days as I apparently have not been sent the correct code to be handed it over and despite emailing Abbott Lyon am still waiting on a reply. Order process and dispatch was great right up to trying to pickup the parcel”

“Beautiful necklace, came in lovely packaging. It was a gift for my mum and she loves it. Brilliant quality of jewellery. Iv had a few pieces of jewellery from Abbott Lyon and it’s all remained perfect and in good condition. They were so helpful when the necklace didn’t come with the pendants, they were so quick and sent them straight away rectifying the problem. It hasn’t put me off using them as I know it was a simple mistake. I look forward to ordering more products from them and would highly recommend their products.”

“I ordered two customised rings last month. When I received them I couldn't believe how horrible the quality was. The colour on one of the rings was bleeding through and they generally looked really poorly made. I sent an email to customer service along with pictures and within one hour they got back to me with an apology and a replacement. While I don't understand how these customised rings passed the quality control, I also appreciate mistakes do happen and the customer service was really good. Obviously it took double the waiting time, (which is why I took one star off the rating) and if I needed them for a special occasion it would be very disappointing. I received the replacement rings last week and unlike the first time, I've got to say they're very pretty and luxurious. Their quick reaction kept me as a customer and I will definitely order again. Hopefully next time they'll get it right the first time and I can give them 5 stars.”

“Poor service received. I purchased two personalised necklaces as gifts (with gift boxes) on a 241 offer. I received only 1 necklace via post without the gift box. When I emailed I was advised I should have received two - which I did not- and no explanation. As to what happened with the 2nd necklace. Another order was raised for the 2nd necklace. This was received some time later in the gift box. Absolute nightmare! Once received the necklaces are very pretty but the process to receive them was extremely exhausting!”

“Extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. The letter p constantly hangs upside down therefore looks like I’m wearing a ‘b’ taking away the whole point of the sentiment of having personalised initials in the first place. I contacted the site and they have refused to do anything saying basically ‘it’s just how it is and it will move’. The other charms sit perfectly even when I’m moving around. Big waste of money. Regret making further purchases now whilst awaiting the arrival of this one. I certainly will not purchase again from them mainly due to the response I received when emailing to express my issue. They made no effort to resolve the problem what so ever. My 10 year old daughter now keeps asking why I have a b and not a p for her name!”
