“Not that impressed to be honest. I had a question for customer services and it was answered with a generic email response. Didn't answer my question which left me £10 out of pocket. Also they don't respond to Facebook despite advertising through them. Product was just ok but cost me more than it needed to. Wont be buying from them again and won't recommend to others. Overall not satisfied with product, cost or customer services.”

“I received a totally different order clearly not quality checked twice as stated and your customer service is shocking you state it takes 48hrs for a reply we are now day 5 and nothing disgusting”

“If I could give 0 stars I would! Received an empty damaged package, tried for days to contact customer service and heard nothing! You are nothing but a bunch of scammers! I had really high hopes given that you have all these celebrity influencers doing collections! I am going to contact trading standards and have you reported! Hopefully people stop buying from you!”

“Ordered named diamond bracelet looked amazing unfortunately once wearing this kept falling of they did send me a new one but same thing happing diamonds fell out were it was hitting the floor they are totally ignoring me the is a serious fault shouldn’t be sold so cross especially as they are ignoring me”
