“Unfortunately, this purchase hasn’t turned out well. I bought as a graduation gift for my daughter but she was unable to wear it as it keeps coming undone and falling off. To be fair I have notified AL and they are looking into it. I have bought a bracelet like this for myself and had no problems with it so I’m hopeful it will be sorted out. Must just be a anomaly”

“I was happy with bangle until the clasp kept opening and bangle was falling off!! The rigmarole to exchange and get a new one was draining so customer service needs to be improved!!
