“Bracelet arrived faulty and missing chosen bespoke charms. Had paid extra for this. Contacted AL multiple times but their customer support is hard to get hold of and basically non existent and have done nothing to fix this or reimburse me. Totally unacceptable especially when item is faulty etc. said two weeks for delivery of bespoke items - but was closer to 3 and again no one to speak to at customer service.”

“Extremely Poor Customer Service and Delivery Experience My experience has been quite frustrating. Their customer service is almost non-existent, taking 1-2 weeks to respond to emails and then repeatedly asking for verification. I ordered jewelry which hasn't arrived even after 4 weeks, and the customer support's responses have been unhelpful. They claimed to be checking with the courier, but two weeks later, there's still no update. Despite calling themselves a luxury jewelry brand, the service feels cheap. At this point, I'm unsure if I'll ever receive my order.”
