“Jewellery looks lovely and I’m sure my daughter will like it. However, is this amount of packaging necessary? I ordered what I thought was 1 necklace , but it came in 3 parts, all in about 4 layers of packaging each which I find totally bizarre and uneconomical.”

“I absoutately love the bracele. It is stunning and beautifully designed. I paid for the next day delivery and it arrived right on time, so i cannot fault the quick purchase process. However, i was disappointed with the quality. On the firt day, the chain link came apart. To avoid the hassle of a return, my partner managed to mend it, but I did not expect this issue especially within such a short period of time. Overall a georgeous bracelet.”

“Easy ordering and delivery process and lovely jewellery. The outer packaging is lovely but I’m a bit disappointed with the inner packaging as I would have liked to have opened the boxes to see the earrings (as they are a gift). Instead, you have to then open a small envelope to see them inside and I think it ruins the gift experience. I’m going to try find some foam to put in the boxes so that the jewellery is displayed nicely when they’re opened. I’m pretty sure the packaging was better when I ordered pieces last Christmas.”
