“Had to reorder a charm because the first one I got in February completely tarnished. It was a gift from my boyfriend for our first valentines so I wouldn’t have reordered if it wasn’t sentimental to me. Waited absolutely ages for delivery too. Jewellery is nice but expensive considering the quality is medium.”

“The jewellery is pretty but it is for young people as I purchased the photo locket for my aunt and you can't easily open the locket and the chain is so small it's hard to use the clasp to put on and off the jewellery is made for young people with small hands and fingers.”

“Disappointed as when I first had my item in the basket. There was an offer of 35% off free delivery and a free bracelet. When I went on your website, the next day I was offered 40% off had to pay delivery, so it made earrings more expensive and was not offered a free bracelet, I would’ve preferred the free bracelet with my purchase.”

“I ordered two named necklaces Kate in gold Charlottte in silver Unfortunately both arrived in gold. You did send me an order acknowledgement saying both named necklaces in gold. Unfortunately I didn’t read it properly or I would have corrected my order to read Charlotte in silver. Please can you check my original order details .love your stuff by the way just disappointed this time.”

“So ordered a necklace and a bracelet and only the necklace got delivered so was a bit annoyed as it was for a birthday present. However when I contacted customer support they did help and sent out another bracelet. But the couriers (EVERI) said they couldn’t deliver as it was damaged so I had to contact customer support who again was very helpful and have sent out another bracelet. This time however the bracelet wouldn’t be here on time as was meant to be here before today. But after asking customer support if they could get it here ASAP they said it should be here by tomorrow. Again great customer service. However none of this would have happened if the bracelet was delivered with the first order, so with that I’m disappointed.”

“The Customers Service is really HELPFUL. Unfortunately I had to return the Notebook Advent Calendar, it was poorly made plus I ended up with some pieces of Gold jewellery which shouldn't of been in it. There were some lovely pieces of Silver jewellery. The quality seemed really good but I didn't get to wear any so I can commit on how any of the pieces look when wearing.😟 Thank you to everyone at Abbott Lyon who helped me in getting all the issues sorted out.”

“I have had three replacements and each tarnished unfortunately. They discoloured, tarnished, became porous and turned my finger green. I was really disappointed as the ring is lovely & I wanted to give an opportunity for AL to rectify the manufacturing issue / change the material etc however it seems it hasn’t been addressed. I believe that is why the reviews are positive as the ring is initially beautiful when you receive the email to review but tarnishes very easily. I have had other jewellery from here which is lovely and I have had minimal issues with - nothing a replacement would not solve and which they have been brilliant at doing.”

“Customer service was excellent and the ankle chain and necklace designs are lovely but I’m very disappointed with the gold colour as it’s very ‘orangey’, hence I have only worn my necklaces once but have kept my ankle chain on. Such a shame as I spent over £150 and they just look a ‘cheap gold’ .”

“I love the look of my bracelet. I have the silver version with 3 clovers (one plain and the other two with my children’s initials). Service was great and I loved the email updates of the progress of my order. Only one side of the slider moves so, if you have large hands (fortunately I don’t) it may be difficult to get the bracelet on. The slider is also very loose so, because the bead is quite large, the bracelet loosens and I’m constantly having to tighten it back up again.”

“Honestly kinda disappointed I purchased the nail ring which is super cute but it scratches your finger as you put it on due to the pointed part of the heart and it stabs throughout the day. As for the clover bracelet with 4 clovers I kinda hoped for better quality based on the price and I wished I would have purchased the 5 or 6 clovers, I have a small wrist and I assumed that the 4 clover would have been fine but because the clovers are a tiny it wasn’t enough to wrap around my wrist. I think I would be more disappointed if I paid full price for both items but I got the Buy 1 get 1 Free.. I would reconsider purchasing again just based on the price vs quality. On top of all that shipping took forever, so to wait about a month and to be disappointed kinda sucks. (I tried it upload photos but it just says to contact customer service)”
