Normally we love the products and they are exactly as expected however on this occassion the description was supposed tobe a silver beaded neclace with my wifes name spelled with spaces. What we recieved was clear beads, not silver and a small name tag on the neclace.

Quite disappointed in the quality. Necklace looks cheap and the engraving doesn't match with the style of necklace. We did get a great bargain with getting a necklace free however even the quality of that was poor. Really disappointed, it was between this and Dylan Oaks, should have gone for Dylan Oaks style for same price.

I am so disappointed … my personalised clover bracelet lost all of the letters, my silver band one with hearts was keep unlocking it self and I still didn’t receive my Barbie set earrings - even that I order them at the end of September! 😭

I cannot comment on what I order has it has yet to arrive. I ordered my items well over a week ago and paid £5.99 for NI 1-2 days delivery and I am yet to receive. Understandablely it can take a day or so longer, however to be waiting over a week and go ask your chatbot and a customer service advisor that it would not be arriving until at least the 19th is ridiculous. I have now had to delay my best friends birthday present and it is not ok.

I’m abit disappointed with my necklace, it seems to be lacking in something and looks black and cheap, and I have bought my daughter some earrings for Christmas which I am regretting now, as I don’t want them to be the same.

I ordered a necklace and bracelet for my daughter’s 21st birthday. The package arrived beautifully wrapped. Unfortunately on the day of her birthday she opened the gift and the bracelet was missing. On contacting Abbott Lynn I was told there had been a processing error. Not good customer service. Very disappointing. I was offered a 10% refund, which I found insulting given my daughter’s birthday surprise was ruined.

Lovely jewellery, however the fact I spent over £100 on 3 bracelets after discounts and still had to pay £5 each for a gift bag (I paid for 2) and they sent the bracelets out in tissue wrap couldn’t even put in a spare box? Won’t be ordering again but they’ll make great gifts thanks

I was told that my photos for my personalised jewelry had not been pulled through correctly, hence my delivery has been delayed and remains outstanding. As such, I feel I have waited a significant amount of time and it hasn't been the most assuring experience. For such delay/complication, you would expect to be offered some sort of refund/discount

One of the boxes was empty, can’t figure out what it was supposed to be in there. Also the box was scratched which is a real shame.

Ordered a custom anxiety ring following the size guide online. Ring is literally cutting into my skin. Size is so small compared to the finger measured and because it's a custom item I presume no return possible 😞 This really sucks as it is very pretty but also so expensive so won't be ordering a new size. Disappointed

Have brought three items from AL one personalised necklace that was a Christmas gift the clasp broke, however AL did replace it after weeks of waiting for it to arrive the same thing happened! This time I asked for a refund and expressed my disappointment. I was told I could only have a voucher, as this was my daughter’s Christmas gift I agreed this time we went for a completely different item a small pearl necklace it arrived promptly however after three wears it’s started to stretch was once again very disappointed. On contacting customer service they decided that they would once again replace the faulty item and refund me for my original purchase. So my story ends in my favour however I’ve lost faith in the products for the price you pay.

So disappointed with tigers eye necklace. Ordered 18.20 inch chain its more like a 16. Tigers eye is tiny I was expecting bigger due to price .wont be ordering again from this company also took 3 weeks to come

Haven’t even returned my item yet, but it did not arrive when they said it would. Customer service just keeps giving me a tracking number that doesn’t even have any info. Tried canceling, but they stopped responding
