“My order still hasn't arrived 😕 really wondering where it is!!!”

“I bought a pair of earrings last year from Abbot Lyon which I loved. Unfortunately the fastening broke but thanks to the warranty offered by Abbott Lyon I was able to receive a replacement pair. Very efficient service and delighted to have a new pair of my beautiful earrings! Customer service team very helpful.”

“Had a piece of jewellery that after a year, a tony bit became to tarnished and give my wife a rash. No questions, they supplied us with credit of equal value and let us keep the original piece. No complaints 👌 Very good quality and customer service.”

“Love the jewelry unfortunately my order was delivered to the wrong address which is down to Evri, the order went missing. It took over 3 weeks for a replacement to arrive, which was even of no use to me. I have returned the order and I'm still awaiting a credit. The original order was ordered on the 15th November. This has really put me off ordering anything else from your company”
