“Ordered x2 initial bracelets with x2 December hanging birthday stone charms. I emailed Abbott Lyon on 23rd December and again on 2nd January after a late delivery to say the charms were no where to be seen. I am still waiting for a response. Initial bracelets are lovely but the charms represent the month of birth and add sentimental value to the present isn’t as good. Also meaning we are out of pocket with no response from Abbott Lyon.”

Unfortunately their was a delay in tbe delivery however this company went over and beyond in keeping me up to date with the progress of my delivery which was extremely helpful. “I paid for expedited delivery which meant it would come on time for a birthday present - I allowed 5 days beforehand to be delivered by 17th Dec. It arrived after Christmas. Extremely disappointed and wouldnt be recommending for delivery - so way to access the tracking system to see where it was etc. Payment made (extra) to get it delivered quickly and I wasted money.”
