I decided to take a look at the Abbott Lyon website after seeing a recent article in the press and am so glad I did, although I don't think my bank account will be quite so pleased! The whole collection is absolutely gorgeous and I am tempted by several pieces in particular - having already purchased two I know I will probably be buying quite a few more! The variety of designs is exceptional and the quality outstanding, just one of these beautiful pieces would be a wonderful addition to anyone's jewellery collection. I have also been very impressed with the level of communication, from frequent update emails to information about how my order is progressing and when to expect its arrival. Abbott Lyon has a new regular customer for sure!

It was a bracelet I'd bought as a special memory for my dog passing. The bracelet arrived unable to adjust the length of it so it was too big. The dangly bit (unnecessary) broke off immediately. The bracelet then fell off my wrist/broke without me realising so I lost it. I complained and never heard back.

I cannot comment on the item I bought as I am on week 4 of waiting for my delivery. It has been stuck at Evri hub since 8th august, so I was told it had been lost in transit and a new bracelet is going to take 2-3 weeks to be made/delivered. It’s a shame that a notoriously bad courier service has let them down as many parcels including mine will be presents for people.

I wore my necklace for the first time yesterday 17/08 and one side broke away from the name. I am very disappointed as I have only heard good things about the quality of your products.

I have ordered a bag since 10 days now and they specially charged me for delivery within 3-4 working days. Nobody is replying on emails. Really upset and there is no phone number to contact.

I got my necklace it's not like in the photo om waiting for another necklace for my daughter its disgusting I can't get a reply & there's no phone number I will be taking this up with my bank they've even took the payment & it hasn't been dispatched trying to communicate with them is awful I will never order anything again.

I ordered 3 pieces of Jewellery on July 7th 2023 spent £167 . They emailed saying items to be delivered so the chosen place was my local evri drop off They tried twice apparently and both times was closed ( the shop is open morning till Night ) ! Unable to deliver They was gifts for my wedding for 29th July so I did not receive , emailed your company at least 5 times and also evri , u don’t respond to the what’s app and the live chat is none exsistant , Your response from emails is shocking still no news on my items and the wedding was 3 weeks ago !!! Where are they ?? Where do we go from here never had to deal with this kind of service before ? No phone number either so this is another attempt for an answer ;(

3 weeks after contacting them re 2 faulty items I'm still to hear back. My personalised handbag that cost £150 came with a black mark down the front, and several dents due to poor packaging.

Considering I never received my order at all and customer services takes so long to reply. It’s been a month now that I paid for this and haven’t received anything. Really starting to think this company is a con and never sends anything out. Would not recommend at all.

They don't deserve the 1 star. Responded to my review on here but can't respond to my emails with all my details on and keep asking for the same information with what seems like no intention of actually helping resolve my isse. They are advertising a service which they cannot provide, please avoid like the plague and spend your money someplace else that respects you as a customer. I'm now £50 down, with no prospect of a refund or the birthday gift I ordered for my friend and with no refund I can't afford to buy elsewhere, £50 might be nothing to them but for someone who lives pay cheque to pay cheque it was a big investment in something that was supposed to be a special gift. They should not be allowed to trade.
