“I’ve contacted customer service as my parcel was ripped by courier (EVRI) and this item was missing. I sent a what’s app on Sunday and I still have not heard anything very poor service in my opinion”

“I received my necklace and I’m really disappointed with it. After all the emails I received updating me telling me how it was being made, dispatch and eventually delivery- I was expecting something so much better. I appreciate it’s personalised so I won’t be able to get a refund, but in fact, the personalisation part of the necklace is the only nice thing about it. The clasp is clunky, the chain is dull and nothing high end quality about it. For £79 it’s not worth the money at all. Just so disappointing and looks the complete opposite to “high end”. I’m sorry, but I really won’t be buying anything more from you or recommending you.”

“Not happy at all. Tarnished after 2moths of continuous wear. Getting through to customer services to resolve the issue is an absolute nightmare. Currently 2 weeks into the process. Wouldn't recommend.”

“The gift bag and product were lovely, but this was a surprise for my wife. But the packaging came via 'Evri' and it had the name 'Abbott Lyon' on the packaging...This meant as she took the parcel in from the delivery driver she immediately knew. I am guessing a lot of these are gifts is it not possible to remove the 'Abbott Lyon' from the outer delivery packaging?”

“Liked the look of the chain bracelet on line ,ordered with initial and birth Stone personalisation Happy with quality when delivered in pretty package I had slight problem finding how to open/ close bracelet so sent message asking for advise Very quickly I got a very pleasant reply with a short video showing opening/closure of bracelet Excellent customer service ,quality and very reasonable cost”
