“Honestly, I don’t know where to start. Firstly, it’s so hard to pick what you want to buy because every item they stock is so nice! The quality of the jewellery doesn’t feel or look cheap. I ordered a Christmas Present for my mum and I accidentally picked the wrong birth stone. Customer services picked up my email pretty much straight away and guided me through a quick and easy process of returning the incorrect item for them to send out the correct item free of charge. This is my first time ordered from AL and it certainly won’t be my last. Amazing!”

“A bit disappointed as one of my necklaces was delivered to my daughter in Maidenhead and I need it in Northumberland. Fortunately my son in law brought it up for me, but if he hadn’t, my granddaughter would not have had her present. I did contact you to check the necklaces were going to the correct address, as was assured they were !”

“Totally shockingly non existent customer service. Probably the worst I've known in recent years. I order items 28th November for a birthday 12th December. Still waiting !! Have asked for a refund which keeps getting ignored. I've asked to make an official complaint got ignored Have asked for my case to be escalated,that gets ignored too. All I get is generic emails back. I've asked direct questions which again get ignored I've been told there's been a delay on several occasions but no explanation. To quote Abbott Lyon Our customers are at the heart of everything we do here at Abbott Lyon and our Customer Service team is happy to help anytime you need! The customer service is actually the worst I've known and will definitely be spreading the word”
