“The worst customer service, delivery is appalling and communication is terrible. They take 48hrs to respond to each email at a time, delivery took longer than stated and they won’t give me a FULL refund absolutely disgusting. STAY CLEAR AND DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.”

“I ordered a necklace for my granddaughter 16th birthday. i was told 12 day delivery (not sure why it would take that long). Despite being sent lots of sales emails, when chased for delivery update i had to wait 4 days for a reply in which they had to ask me questions so that i could identify myself, despite giving my order number, name and it came from my email address. I provided a response. Still no one has got back to me. I have sent an email asking for a refund and again silence!!”

“Awful customer service! There’s a cost for returns but it’s not listed in the returns policy which customer service directed me to. When queried, I was told that they are not able to display this information in the returns policy due to location variations. Contradictory much? Tells me that the cost of returns is listed in the returns policy and when I point out that it’s not there I get told it’s not because of location variations. I 100% won’t be shopping from this company again and seriously don’t recommend this company and it’s sloppy customer service to anyone.”

“Excellent customer service. Unfortunately the clasp on my daughters bracelet broke after a couple of months. Abbott Lyon responded immediately, were very apologetic and without hesitation replaced the bracelet. Excellent service and a lovely bracelet”

“Awful purchase. Barely legible script on signature name Crystal neckalce and stones fell out within 2-3 weeks. Email process to get a refund is a long process. Having to wait 3-7 days for any responses. Would never recommend.”
