“I ordered a bracelet with a birthstone & initial letter. The birthstone was delivered but the bracelet & letter was missing from the parcel. I contacted customer services & explained the problem & they were most apologetic & immediately sent a replacement. I received that the next day & am absolutely delighted with the bracelet & am sure my daughter will love it when I give it to her for her 18 th birthday next week.
