“Bought 2 adjustable rings with the eye in the middle and both lost stones within a week !Considering how long they took to make the rings it is a real shame the stones disappeared in both rings within a week .Not sure on any other jewellery as I only got the rings .wont by from there again though waste of money .”

“I'd seen advertisements for Abbott Lyon on various social media platforms, but not being a jewellery person I'd not taken much notice -Apologies! Then the solitaire range caught my eyes....oh my gosh! Ordered the eternity ring and the oblong solitaire ring....absolutely amazing, beautiful beyond words....am now hooked on Abbott Lyon and my purchase will definitely not be my last! Great communication and customer service too....what's not to love. X”

“Ordered birthstone & initial bracelet for 21st Birthday, arrived with only initial on bracelet, birthstone pendent missing. Emailed customer services, several days later still not resolved due to the length of time for Abbott Lyon to reply, very frustrating as will not arrive in time for Birthday now. Cannot find another way to contact them other than email, have sent them my contact number days ago, no one has rung me.”

“Was really happy Christmas Day with my gifts but by end of January I noticed the doodle ring had tarnished. I contacted the team by chat, but was told I could have a credit note but they don't give refunds. I have had a different item and hopefully these won't tarnish but very disappointed.”

“I was a bit disappointed by the size of the pendant. I thought it would be a proper stand alone pendant size but it is more of a charm. The quality is good and the chains lovely. As I got offer 2 for 1 it is worth the money in this case and I will keep and find another pendant to go with them. I have looked back at the pictures and the model is wearing the pendant alone so I think it was my misconteption. I have scored a five as I still think the service and quality is top notch.”

“My order never arrived which is obviously down to the courier Evri and not Abbot Lyon, however my review is here to allow people to make an informed choice when deciding if to order or not. “Within my two year warranty period I reached out to customer support because the earrings had tarnished pretty bad and I loved them so much I didn’t want to have to say goodbye to the. The first person I talked with was super nice and gave me a code for the cost of a replacement pair and free shipping. I was very happy until the package was delivered and UPS said I had to pay a $33 delivery fee. I reached out to customer support again and they weren’t helpful at all, basically telling me it is what it is. Super annoying! Not buying from here again if I have to pay that much for shipping on a warranty replacement.”
