“So far I’ve had all my deliveries sent to me real quick and my returns have been really smooth. It would be nice if returns would be free in the future. I spoke to someone about sizes and she was lovely and very helpful. I’ve also corresponded with customer services via email and they’ve also been really prompt and informative. Keep up the good work. 5 stars.”

“The jilbaab I ordered looked nothing like what was shown on the website. Very disappointed. Also had to return because I ordered the wrong size. I am still waiting for a refund has been 8 working days . Disappointed that in total I had to pay £9.00 in postage to receive and return the package. Outrageous amount!”

“Love Aab Abayas I’ve been a loyal customer since day 1. Their designs are unique and service is efficient. I gave 4stars because the prices are still higher. My only criticism is if the prices were slightly affordable it would be even better. But I’m glad there’s an retail shop that caters for that person whom likes that extra style with modest fashion.”

“I have been a loyal customer to Aab for many years and I always purchase my Eid outfits along with my everyday fashion from here but I feel quite disappointed in the quality of their products this year and I had to return my last order, I just couldn’t justify spending £200 on 2 items that were of poor quality and liked nothing like the colours from the website. The website images are quite deceptive as the colours of the fabrics in real life are completely different and much less vibrant and the stitching of the clothing feels rushed and something I would wait for sales to buy. I’ll be popping to the store next time... Aab I love your style but I will be trying somewhere new I’m afraid!”

“I love Aab outfits, I feel as though it’s just perfect fit for me. I really hope they carry on doing what they are doing as I know few companies have closed down due to Covid-19. I cannot find any other outfits that fits me nicely and perfectly just the Aab does. It’s like Aab truly understands how people want to wear their clothing. I can actually admit and say my wardrobe is just full of Aab outfits and I love it!”

“The clothes came and were very different quality to what I saw online and I did not think they were worth £120. Also I took them to the store and wasn’t allowed to return, I posted them back and still not recieved my refund!!”

“This company delivered 4 items to me. I returned one of the items for a refund. The company claim they never received my return and therefore cannot refund. I read that they have a bad reputation for refunding customers.”
