“The ordering process and delivery is adequate, the product is of good quality despite being a little on the pricier side. However the returns process is extremely poor, I was not communicated with at all when my return was received. I had to contact them myself to confirm it had been, even then it is now approaching 2 weeks since they receiving my return and I am still awaiting a refund, which is absolutely ridiculous considering they take your money immediately. I shall never be ordering from here again.”

“I ordered two abayahs from Aab for Eid . Both the medium size Length 54. One came short in length and wasn’t flowing as in the picture. Then requested for an exchange, paid £7 for return and still waiting for the dress! Got an email saying they shipped it but DPD tracking service says they received a booking for a delivery but not the parcel!🤔 very disappointed with the service.”

“I ordered the long navy swim suit with the navy toggle trousers and wow! Allahuma barik you can feel the quality in the material! It looks so nice on and very modest too. Aab do not compromise on either. Their customer service team is also very helpful and prompt in responding. They dealt with my issue with patience and graciousness. They never left me hanging wondering when they would respond. Thank you for releasing such a timeless top quality swimsuit!”
