“Awful customer service. Aab do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Refunds are not dealt with within 14 days as the website states. I am now waiting for refund for two parcels I returned, one that was sent in February.”

“I returned an order via Aab’s courier, I have received an email to say that they have received my parcel. I am yet to receive my refund, they have held my money for a month now with no response from customer service from avenues, WhatsApp, email or phone. Really disappointed, expected more.”
