“I was totally disappointed with my order from Aab. They sent the wrong items out to me I was initially told I had to pay for the returns then after some debate agreed to waver the return postage I was told the item should be returned via the returns label in the bag which I did I then and dropped off to the address as I was out of the area I then received a call at 5pm to tell me that I had to put a different returns label and they would collect at 3.30pm next day. I had no way of printing out the label and then dropping it back to the delivery address. The whole shopping experience was quite upsetting as now I am left with items I don’t want!! So I would not shop with Aab again as the customer service is a zero. The prices are dear and to find out I have to keep items I don’t want. To think of being a regular customer and be treated in this way quite appalling. I have just received an email from aab to ask me to revise my review as they think my issue has been resolved. I’m sorry but my issue has not been resolved as stated previously that I’m stuck with something I didn’t want. So please don’t ask me to revise my review!”

“Of late, your designs lack originality and uniqueness. Your sizing requires updating to tailor to petite Requirements. I have been shopping from Aab for many many years , and Used to get very excited over your launches. However, now they are mundane and overpriced. Sorry.”

“I have been ordering from Aab for many many years now, I feel the small details and quality of collections has gone down over the years. They are not as price friendly as they used to be. Aab was my go to shop for unique pieces and designing, but currently offer similar things on the high street for a fraction of the price. Sorry I absolutely loved the brand but has gone down significantly over the last 2 years.”

“Fitting wasn’t as expected. I bought this item as a gift And delivery wasn’t as expected either. I’ve bought from Aab before and my items used to be delivered in a nice presentation box, it didn’t this time. So feel let down ☹️”

“The quality of the merchandise is second to none, however I do feel the prices are rather high. I was very pleased with the service and prompt delivery of the items. The sale was very good and I was kept informed of any items which came back into stock. I would definitely recommend aab Collection.”
