“Collection is good however, the price is getting higher with each collection. Some designs seem repetitive. Overall I would purchase but mostly during sales. Customer service is not the best, requires chasing few times before the issue is resolved.”

“Lovely range. I always come Back for more . Been ordering since 2018 . Only criticism is sometimes the abayas are used from a material that are very easily creased and it’s a large item to iron . Even if I sit in the car it creases so so want white look the part by the time I get to destination. Also prices are very expensive but beciase the designing is nice I do Come back but would buy a lot more if the prices could be more affordable”

“I’m conflicted in my review as I have been a loyal customer for over 3 years. The abayas and hijabs are amazing and have really put modest fashion on the market and I feel so beautiful and confident in my aab clothing. Fashionable modest and comfortable. My only negative is that the customer service needs improving in Particular the returns process. It takes far too long for a return to be processed ( I waited over 2 weeks for a refund) I called customer service and for days I couldn’t get through. I love AAB so leave this review with good intention to please improve your customer service. Other than that I love this website. Thank you! :)”

“Awful customer service. Aab do not respond to emails in a timely manner. Refunds are not dealt with within 14 days as the website states. I am now waiting for refund for two parcels I returned, one that was sent in February.”
