“I received my item perfectly well but I returned it because it didn’t suit me, it’s been two weeks and they still haven’t manage to get round to doing the return process.”

Asalaamu Alaykum Sister We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your purchase and the delay with your refund. Our returns can take 14 working days form the date received however we always try to process all returns as quickly as possible. Due to the large volume of returns and less staff due to social distancing measures, there have unfortunately been some delays. We have looked into this and can see that this has now been processed. “I ordered this thinking it will be comfy and easy to wear. However the one size is misleading. I am a size 10-12 with a curvy figure and this was figure hugging and inappropriate. Why don’t aab show clothes on real women of different shapes and sizes and why are all the models white? Also a bit of a rip off as I paid for delivery and return. And delivery took nearly two weeks and I had to chase them. Overall terrible experience.”

“I have been shopping with Aab collection for many years, both online and in store. I love their designs and you truly cannot find the same designs, style, cuts anywhere else. The online team and in store staff are so pleasant and and are always keen to help you make an informed purchase. I don’t shop anywhere else for my clothing besides Aab and this has been the case for many years. Each collection that gets released just keeps on surprising me and extending my current collection but I also like that often they bring back previous, popular designs which is always great if you missed out on items in the past. Will always remain loyal to this brand xx”

“I haven't washed the Modal scarves however they feel amazing and the designs are unique. I hope the out of stock ones get re stocked. I am loving the length and width of the scarves and the long black cardigan is very warm indeed. Beautiful products as always, but a little costly 😊.”
