“Great product but please sort out your packaging, awkward to get product out, cardboard flap rips straight away and contents label in the wrong place and too small.”

“After my order was placed, the stock material I requested was not available, I was then asked to choose a new material or wait indefinatly. In addition to this it was not communicated there would be additional costs, I was sent an additional invoice 3 days later.”

Hello James. I do apologise for any inconvenience caused. I have looked at your records and can confirm that our Customer Care Team contacted you by email on 09.03 to advise that your chosen material was not currently available. At the same time, we had stated that there will be a slight difference in the cost. Later in the same day, at 4.43 pm you replied agreeing to a material change. The pro-forma invoice was sent to you the following day at 10.28 am. On receipt of payment, the order was proceeded at 1.12 pm. I am sorry for any misunderstanding.
